Only Juli Fulkerson reviews your documents. We share them only when you apply for a specific rental, and only with the people involved in that application (such as the landlord, listing agent, property manager or condo association), with your permission. We may also keep copies in our brokerage's transaction records when required (see Section 7).
We do not use your documents for any other purpose, and we never sell them.
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you texts related to your inquiry and our services, including automated messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using our services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
