These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of movein.miami (the "site"), operated by Juli Fulkerson, REALTOR®, a licensed real estate sales associate with London Foster Realty ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This site provides information about renting and leasing in the Miami area and lets you request real estate services, complete a renter profile and upload documents for rental applications. Real estate services are provided through London Foster Realty.
Using this site, submitting a form or receiving emails or texts from us does not by itself create an agency or brokerage relationship. A brokerage relationship begins only when you and we sign a written agreement.
We work to keep information on this site accurate, but listings, rents, availability, building rules, approval timelines, rent estimates and market information can change and are not guaranteed. Please verify any information that matters to your decision. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice.
You agree to give accurate information and to upload only true, unedited copies of your own documents (or documents you are authorized to share). How we collect, use and protect your information is explained in our Privacy Policy at movein.miami/privacy-policy.
When you give us your email address, we may send you emails about your inquiry and our services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
If you consent to text messages, we may send texts about your inquiry, your rental search and our services, including automated messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using our services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for text messages.
